Had a really relaxing and meditative forest bathing experience with Phyllis. Couldn’t recommend her more! She was an excellent guide, so thoughtful and prepared, and a real sweetheart. I’ll be trying to bottle this energy up and carry it with me as long as possible.
Even living among nature year round, this was unexpectedly wonderful to slow down and allow someone to guide us thru the unspoken asthetics that nature brings through our senses.The experience was electrifying. Thank you Forest Bathing for this experience!
