Had my bike stolen and was told by management (ran by the owners daughter) that the security footage can’t be retrieved. Once I pressed them about the footage they evicted me. Scott Lowell, the owner wasn’t professional at all. I’ve seen a lot of sketchy stuff go down at this building including a college student cutting herself as well as a bunch of random people from the street in the hall. I love my new apartment at Forest Arms. Managment has been responsive to all of my needs and Midtown is a great place to live. Parking can be tight but my managment had handled all of that for me by offering me parking in an available lot. Thanks again for wonderful place to live.

Great Apartment Complex. Responsive Management. Safe. Great Location.
No parking, why would you move here? Building needs completion of renovation; a window falling out, lobby, stairway, halls, not repaired/painted. Dirty, cobwebs, floors not clean. Bikes lined in hallway, isn’t that a fire hazard? No thank you Forest Arms 👎
