This is a very nice property! The property manager was extremely welcoming, friendly, and informative. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciated how helpful and professional she was. Overall, I had a great first impression of the property and management!
I love being a resident at Forest 3. It is a peaceful neighborhood and I have great neighbors. Everyone I’ve met since living here has been very kind. The apartments are very nice to be income based. The location is very convenient with several stores within walking distance. The walking trail is right across the street as well. Also, the property manager has always been very kind to me and she’s very personable. I truly value that in a person, and I appreciate her very much!

I’ve lived here for 7 years now, it’s a great place to live. I’ve never had any problems ! Great management, very easy to work with I love where I live !.
Forest 3 is a GREAT community , very quiet , A place you can definitely call home! The landlord is great! She communicates Thoroughly ! And always makes sure Tenants feels safe and comfortable living here.
