Business ethics kind of lacking. Did not keep us informed on a lot of things. We had to constantly call or text for updates. Would go weeks and no communication while materials and equipment sat in our yard. Several months went by after we paid for half the job upfront (contractual) before any construction was started. Very messy with the poured concrete once work was completed. I am happy to say so far the work has alleviated, if not completely stopped the issues we were having. This is a plus. But will not recommend it.

I would recommend Forest and Wildlife services. Their representatives and employees are respectful, honest, trustworthy, and experienced.
Very professional and have the right equipment to handle the job. Came through for me when I really needed them which was after hours.
Completed replacing old sewer line to the City of Columbia sewer line., with PVC Did an excellent job, however, after half of the down payment given, promised to be on job that same week. Had to make calls and finally, the following week, showed up to complete work. I had another issue with sewer pipes under the house, later. Called in November, came out gave an estimate, and agreed on the price to do the job. Had to call every month and tentatively would be promised a callback. Great job!
They put in a new septic drain field for us. The cost seems a little high, but I have nothing to compare that to really, except the previous install by another company that failed after 20 months. I am certain that they used a much higher quality drain field than the last company (Infiltrator vs crappy EzFlow). Even though the sod gets torn up, they did fix the broken sprinklers and left the yard in much better condition than the last company, who wouldn't fix the sprinklers and didn't even mark the broken pipes. These people are real professionals at the job. They do all that they can to fix your issue. Jason and his crew are very knowledgeable about the work they perform. In my personal opinion they are the number one people in a number two business. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I believe they work VERY hard to solve your problem and to make sure you are satisfied with their work. We are glad we choose this company to work on our septic tank problem. It may not sound like a plumber but Jason and his team were terrific. It was holiday night eve, raining hard and still they showed up to scope the project. They returned early next holiday morning, spent the entire day without fussing and finished up on time and on budget. Awesome response and follow-through.
