I had a new heat and air unit installed in 2018 by this company. In the spring of 2023 we signed up for a PM program with them. When they came in the fall to check the heater they found rust inside the unit. The vent pipe had been leaking. They came back out to fix it after I called them. They charged me $180 to fix a leak that had been leaking since the install. If you use this company inspect their work or have it inspected.
My AC quit working on 4th of July and this week is forecast for 110 degree heat index daily. I called and the message said they were out for the 4th but would call me on the 5th. ******* called at 7:15 am on the 5th and said they'd be there late in the afternoon but I got another call about 9:35 am saying they'd be there in about 15 minutes! That's great!The tech showed up, got right to work and had me fixed by ****! And ... the price was VERY reasonable!I'm super happy with the entire experience!
Russell and his crew have been out goto folks for several years. They are always quick to respond, quick to repair and quick to hand us a reasonable bill for their their work. Without a doubt we will never call anyone else for HVAC problems. ***** *** ***** **** ************ **
