Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I booked a private event about a month ago, our party spent over $2,000 in food & drink, but they charged me for the security deposit, so now I'm over $700 in debt from this event. I have gotten no where with Janice, and have sent multiple FB messages to speak to the General Manager and haven't heard back. Very unhappy with my experience and will make sure all of my friends, family and colleagues in the area know about this.
