It was a perfect gastronomic experience. Very good concept and use of California products. Congratulations.
Based on the hype as well as the difficulty to get a reservation, I expected a show stopping brunch. The food was excellent, however service was lackluster at best. Only ordered one round of drinks (not by choice), waived off the Carpaccio appetizer after our food arrived first, finally we asked for water prior to food arriving and never saw it (until I was asked again at the end if we wanted anything else).
