Extremely disappointing — premium prices without the expertise to match. We brought our 2018 Audi Q5 to Foreign Automotive because they advertise themselves as European vehicle specialists. Our concern was a light vibration, and after $838.21 for an oil change and filter replacements, we left with no diagnosis or solution — just advice to go to an Audi dealership, which we could have found online for free.
