I recently visited Foreign Auto Services for a diagnostic check and oil change on my vehicle. The team thoroughly inspected my car and clearly explained the issues they found. They were very pleasant to work with, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciated their honesty and the time they took to make sure I understood everything. Reason I am giving 1 star even though work done was good but I caught them Scamming over the parts. I have the receipts and proof. First they totally denied that they wouldn’t use parts which I would bring and I agreed but when I got the part numbers from their invoice and checked with the dealership it was more than twice the price which Audi dealership was selling for. amazing customer service by Shawn! I got sick and couldn’t make it before my voucher expired, but they made it so easy for me to reschedule for another day. I have a low ride car, they made sure my alignment was taken care of with digital inspection and i was out in an hour.
I’m satisfied with everything they done for me. Super friendly and professional!
