Very clean and modern facility with pristine restrooms. Courteous and friendly staff. Had great amenities including awesome snacks and coffee! So many places to sit and work if you're waiting for a long period of time. I had a very good experience here plus had Groupon.
The service quality is good but they're extremely expensive. Any Groupon service is definitely recommended and worth the money but any quote outside Groupon is definitely not worth it. For ex: they quote $50-80 just to replace Cabin air filter. That's $12-15 in Amazon and an easy DIY. There are many easy things that can be DIY and they charge extremely high labor costs.
Very friendly team and offer a thorough service inspection that you can handle remotely to avoid pressure. Worth taking advantage of their Groupon and site coupons. I had several fluid services (oil, brake, transmission, differential, and coolant ) at a great prices thanks to their 20% coupons for 2 or more fluids and separate Groupon for other services. Emad and the service team was very thorough and helpful after having a bad experience from a previous shop. They provided use with detailed information regarding our service. Will be returning for regular maintenance and service!
