I drop my car at 2 o’clock and I was expecting a call back before the shop close at 6 o’clock. I called and asking for the status of my car the guy talking with very bad attitude. Rudely I didn’t recommend anyone to go over to fix their vehicle the guy has a very bad customer service
I had a great experience at Foreign Auto Hospital. The customer service was truly top-notch — everyone was professional, friendly, and honest. I came in for a wheel alignment, and they did an excellent job. Dmitry and his crew took amazing care of my vehicle. He is an honest guy giving good work with more than reasonable pricing. My car felt smooth and quiet after leaving there and brakes were even tighter. I’m a very happy customer that will keep my car in his hands.
