Called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was even pre-approved and ready to make a deal. They said they would call me back, and never did. The vehicle sold. Not how you do business! Hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Very unfortunate, was hoping to secure a deal on this car.
Car wasn’t available to look at, but good communication
Even though we couldn't come together on a vehicle, Akeem was very knowledgeable and a great customer service representative. They had really nice cars and the prices were fair. I would recommend them with no problem.

Not only was it a C-30 T5 R Design with the Platinum trim package it also had the Polestar upgrade. GREAT!! The car was presented poorly and the had a bad moldy smell. When I got the car home I found that the carpet underlayment was soaked and moldy. This was from sunroof drains and the windshield that were leaking. In the end FAC paid for my shop to replace the carpets and reseal the sunroof drains and windshield without a hassle. The car should have never been shown in this condition. The salesman was very helpful. He was upfront and helped me get the paperwork to get my vehicle financed. The dealer was also nice. I was in and out in about an hour and handed the keys. I would buy from them again.
The dealer quickly responded to my questions about the vehicle. He was very easy to work with and even did a Facetime to show the car. They were able to deliver the car to me 4 states away with a very reasonable price. The vehicle looks great and the salesman was very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. I contacted them on 4/24/20 and got the car on 5/1/20!
John was very helpful throughout the purchase of my car. He sent pics as proof of the cars minor wear and tear. The car was immaculate exactly all that expected. This dealership has many high end, low mileage clean cars. Check them out!
