I would highly recommend not conducting business with this company. They are sneaky with money and will do everything they can to cut corners. Save yourself and go with another rental company in Lynchburg.
This company has the worst communication of any property management company I have ever dealt with. Nicole does not return phone calls. Very frustrating experience with these folks. So unprofessional.
NEVER APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME. Make sure you know where every dollar is going, they’ll snatch it up.
THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE. They refuse to fix what’s broken, there’s no smoke detectors, there’s electrical problems, mold and mice and if you’re late on any rent they will INSTANTLY take you to court. They need to get in check because I’ve NEVER seen a company run so poorly in my life and have high expectations for a dump. Take my warning, do not rent from any of their properties.
Had the worst experience. They wouldn't give my deposit back even after we didn't move in and only field the paper work 2 weeks ago. They say since my husband is in the military that it's NOT there concern. Why we had to terminate our paperwork. So instead of having to pay 2 months rent to the company they are taking my deposit and using that. So I'm out $500's. They said since they had to ( rush ) to clean it up and paint.
