Was given a disgusting, unclean house. After we complained, we were told that we would not have to clean at the end of our lease. We still cleaned, but did not do a deep clean because of this. We had a final walkthrough 2 days before our lease ended, where one of the reps from the company told us “everything looks great!” As soon as our lease ended he sent us the email saying the place was too dirty and he’d be keeping our deposit. In 2022, excellent tenant services began day one with Foreground Property Management (FPM) taking over when the owner of the rental home we lived in suddenly switched property management companies for the third time since 2019.
