Edit 1/20: The response from Ryan was not timely and was acted promptly UNTIL I wrote the review when Ryan asked to remove it on 10/2. From the owner’s response, the “option to move” would be at our own expense. Management offered to waive September and October rent due to the lack of kitchen access (no kitchen sink) and ongoing exposure to drain flies throughout our apartment. We had some safety concerns with our backyard being open, which led to trespassing and property damage. Foreground Property Management handled it incredibly well from start to finish. Our property manager came out right away, documented everything, and communicated directly with the owner. Edit 10/19: What’s disappointing, they are only one block away to just taking a look.. Initial review before I took it down 10/5: My experience has been special. We’ve moved in June and encountered an issue with management where they had covered up the coax cable to get internet. This required management to take over a MONTH to get approval to simply drill a hole in the wall. We had to pay Xfinity twice for an inspection to get documentation that a hole to be drilled and then (2nd charge) to actually drill a hole in the wall... read more
