I highly recommend Foreground Property Management. My experience with them has been excellent, especially around maintenance responsiveness / tenant communication / owner reporting / move-in process. For example, my rental property range hood was handled within 1 day and Winter kept me updated through text. Over last 5 years, they consistently shows which makes renting much easier. Based on my experience, I’d give them five stars for professionalism, reliability, and follow-through.

Edit 1/20: The response from Ryan was not timely and was acted promptly UNTIL I wrote the review when Ryan asked to remove it on 10/2. From the owner’s response, the “option to move” would be at our own expense. Management offered to waive September and October rent due to the lack of kitchen access (no kitchen sink) and ongoing exposure to drain flies throughout our apartment. I’ve been using Foreground for years to manage my rental properties, and they’ve consistently done a great job and proven to be a trustworthy partner.
We had some safety concerns with our backyard being open, which led to trespassing and property damage. Foreground Property Management handled it incredibly well from start to finish. Our property manager came out right away, documented everything, and communicated directly with the owner.
