They are wonderful I have a woman that talks to me every month and she's a wonderful person and she answers and listens to what I have to say she is very wonderful
This place turned into access Telecare or SOC Telecare. No training for providers, expected to start working with no training and then they let you go for no reason. Stay away from this place and the above mentioned.
Where do I start? There’s been an issue since day one getting my medications right and sent to the pharmacy. Today is day 10 without one of my medications and I am furious. It’s one excuse after another. Do not use Forefront if you want to stay sane! 10/17/23 I have an update! I emailed them to request a refill and the email was returned. They have disappeared and Dr Christopher Smallwood is nowhere to be found.
