I recently had MOHS surgery by Missale Mesfin, M. D., and so appreciated her patience in explaining what was to be done and comments she made during the procedure. Her surgical assistant was also knowledgeable & informative , and extremely attentive. I certainly recommend Doctor Mesfin to anyone needing MOHS surgery. She is the sweetest Dr. That I have seen in a very long time. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Rotter is excellent and is very willing to explain everything he's doing during a procedure. Hillary, is Medical Assistant, was wonderful - she also gave me a lot of information about the procedure and what to expect after surgery. I was very impressed by everyone at Forefront Dermatology

Dr Steven Rotter is truly outstanding. Conscientious and professional he has provided me with outstanding Dermatology care and advice for over 10 years. I value his surgical and diagnostic skills trust his judgment implicitly. He maintains a courteous and carrying staff that are easy to work with and I consider myself lucky to have found him.
The staff is always courteous and professional. They are respectful of your time. Dr. Ritter is the consummate physician; she takes the necessary tine to do a full exam and explain what’s going on. Been a patient for over 20 years.
