Not the best experience. I had an appointment at 1 pm and wasn’t put into a room until 1:35, then waited an additional 10 min before being seen by a provider. A 45 min wait shows the lack of professionalism by this institution. The staff was friendly, but PA didn’t display a strong knowledge base for the specialty.
The practice coerces you into buying their own dermatology products which are almost 50 dollars more expensive than what you could get online. They also don’t even work well. Shady return policy for them too. Would not recommend.
I called to make a new patient appointment. I was on hold for 5 minutes before someone answered. Then, the front desk staff told me she had transferred me to another department for medical conditions. I was again put on hold. After 15 minutes, an AI told me “we can not answer your call at this time.” Waste of my time
Such straight forward information and communication. Not to mention the pain-free procedures!
Appointment was on time, brief and to the point. Staff and PA Patterson were cordial and knowledgeable.
