Support staff forgot things and left things out. They didn’t explain that one of the prescriptions needed to come from a dermatology pharmacy in Troy. I was told I was all set to have a few skin tags removed, then they just didn’t remove them. The assistant forgot I guess? You’d think they’d want the business. The PA was teaching the assistant about my medication induce acne. Must have been distracting.
