I wanted to give thme NO stars. As to professional competence: I can only say that when I mentioned the name of a U of Michigan Medical dermatologist, I was told that they refer their tough cases to him. As to the efficiency of the clerical staff: Recently, I visited their office in Muskegon (where they do business as "Lakehore Dermatology") to make an appoinment to follow up on the recommendation of a Florida dermatologist. Billed 17 months after service, insurance paid, and I paid twice. I was sent another bill 17 no the after service. Forefront is balance billing. That is illegal. Please contact your insurance co to keep them honest. Horrible providers
