I brought my first-ever harvested elk here for processing last year, and unfortunately, the meat turned out terrible. I paid for 100 pounds of jerky, and I’ve barely been able to eat two bags because it literally tastes and smells like dog kibble. This place was fire !! Although they over smoked their meat. Sparks were flying because the owner was a smoke show

I brought my deer in to have it processed in October 2025. I called to see when my deer would be done on 11/22 and they could not confirm when it would be done but stated that it would be ready some time in January. Now, the place burned down and no one has called me to tell me and it has been almost a month since the fire. I paid to have the whole deer processed in Jerky, which isn't cheap. Now I am out hundreds of dollars and a deer AND I still have no clue if they are planning to make things right. I am owed the money tha... read more

Really sad about what happened. I came and bought 10 bags of jerky about 20 minutes before they closed on Monday for my family for Christmas. The jerky is fantastic. Best wishes to everyone.
