Bad customer service , rude management I simply called ford's hometown services to respond to a notice that they was hired by my landlord to come out for rodent control , i was given only a 16 hour notice , when i complained the gentlemen who answered called me an idiot and hung up, i called back to complain , was told the owner would be informed and would call me back , 2 months latter still no call from ford's .
Ford's does both my pest control and lawn care. My lawn started in really bad shape and now it is the best in the neighborhood. Have not had any pest issues either. Best company.
Ford's Hometown Services has been providing my home as well as my parents home for years. The lawns are green and healthy and our homes have stayed pest free. Thanks
Deceptive business practices Beware of Ford's deceptive practices. They show up at your house to perform pest control services. They tell you the service has been paid for in the previous year's contract. Then you discover but accepting that service, you are obligated for another year of pest control services. Also, the executives of the company are completely unresponsive. I've written numerous letters to get the situation resolved and have not received so much as an acknowledgement.
