multiple times main items on the order were forgotten but still charged for it
I have been to fords like 3-5 times in the last year and I never once got my order right. I ordered a large cheese balls and got the tiniest bag with like 6 cheese balls in it and when I went back to the intercom to ask if I got the right size, they just told me “yeah” over the intercom without even looking at it. I got two cold burgers and my burger wasn’t even right. This place is a joke, it used to be so good and now you can’t even go there to get your order made correctly.
