I have to say that if this was about service and atmosphere I'd give it 5 stars. However let's face facts at the end of the day it's about food. As a restaurant guy myself for many years - this misses the mark. It completely presents as a well oiled machine however someone probably at a detached corporate level has sacrificed food quality for profitability. The Lobster Mac was embarrassing. We usually love coming here but this trip didn't turn out as well. It was crowded, as usual, but we were seated right away. Food was good but high-priced. My mushroom Swiss burger came without mushrooms, so that meant hunting down the server. We were seated next to the extra loud speakers. Too chaotic for a dinner conversation.
Excellent restaurant..decor is fun n lots of antiques...decent prices..great burger menu...tons of beers if your are into that. Frdly staff..open air dining..accommodating. highly recommended.
