Had a great dinner! Jordan was an excellent server! Food is always delicious. My husband loves the lobster Mac and cheese and the sweet potatoes with the dipping sauce. Edsel’s pretzels are always a favorite. Great way to spend our Valentine’s Day. It was fairly crowded but the service was A+.
Terrible Service- very disappointing-slow service - very disorganized - unbelievable!!!! Manager is clueless..

Love, Love, Love that place. Go there once per week. Take all visitors there, n we have many. HOWEVER, the last two times we had slow service, and way too long between ordering food and food arrival. Yesterday must have been really bad, as the Bartender was waiting tables, or is that a new thing for Ford's?

Had high hopes after the truly great food/service in Estero. Went in today around -1-. Not very busy, got seated right away. Sat for over 5 minutes with not even an acknowledgement as to who our waitress was. Michelle came over and took our drink order, ice tea and a vanilla milkshake. Husband got his ice tea right away.
