On my way to Enders Island my fuel line ruptured. Fortunately, I made it to the dealership. The service manager Steve, being full booked was able to squeeze me in for service. I was so glad to have the repair done. I drove back to New York confident , the repair was done well. Thanks again, Steve.
Service department is terrible. Went in for a recall appointment. They didn’t order all the parts. Had to leave it another day. Asked for a loaner they said no. They Had the car three days. Never got a call it was finished. Just went over on a Saturday. picking it up I got a 100.00 bill. They said it was a warranty deductible.when purchasing the car I purchased an extended warranty. At that time I was told I would not get a maintenance bill until 2029. I never heard of a warranty deductible .. I think they made it up. Arguin... read more
