Friendly staff who do everything in their power to make you comfortable. They even have a "Comfort Menu" from which you can make selections. The hygeniests are experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Ford has a great bedside manner and really knows his stuff.
First and foremost importance to me is cleanliness. You definitely don't feel like you are at the dentist, you feel like you are in a coastal living room :-) the staff goes over and Beyond to make sure you understand everything, and is very informative to answer questions. You do not feel rushed at all. at times I feel dentist can be very pushy in regards to what type of work you need done in your mouth. I have been a patient since 2005. Although the original dentist has since retired, the staff is remarkably unchanged. Everyone is friendly and makes a sometimes dreaded experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Ford is kind and spends the time to explain all the options to you. I highly recommend his practice!
