Asked for an Oil change. When the vehicle was ready for pickup the oil filter had not been changed. This put the entire integrity and quality of the work into question. I only knew because I always mark my oil filters to know when they are switched out and immediately let the service advisor know. The Tech admitted he did not change the filter and took the vehicle back in and did a proper oil change, wasting all our time and money for the service center. I had my vehicle in for a service and was completely bait and switched over the price of the oil change. Whether or not that was the intent or it was just a lack of training in the part of the original person who offered me that pricing I felt it should've been honored as I had agreed to that price and stated I would be purchasing it. I believed it was added to my service. Once it arrived was told that because of my vehicle takes a different oil the offered price was wrong.
