Their service team took complete advantage of my wife when she took the car in for a recall. First, they asked if they should check the alignment. She said explicitly they could check it but needed to talk with her husband once she had the price. This was due to us being unemployed. They did the alignment any way and insisted she pay. I am pleasantly surprised today on how smooth my trip into this service location was. I made my appointment for my Shelby to be serviced the day before. Once I pulled in the bay I was greeted by Andrew my service advisor. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to address any concern that I had professionally,. He even informed me that my car had a recall that I didn't know about. My car was serviced in a timely fashion along with the two recalls and everything it needed.
