Communicative, quick and trust worthy
Herlindo made the experience quick and easy. He went the extra mile to make sure my truck had everything it needed. I look forward to working with him again.
The experience was okay, a bit pricy though. But the next day I noticed that the windshield washer only squirted to the bottom third of the windshield. I assumed either a clog or a weak pump. After checking your paperwork it showed that the wipers were ok and the system was checked so I can only assume there was a clog. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have it checked out (for free of course . . .) but something told me to double check to see if the problem was still there before we drove all the way down from Ventura.... read more
