He spoke Spanish with us and this was helpful for my wife.We were looking at the ****** Leaf use car available in your lot. The asking price was $6,795 or so. The Gwinnett Place Ford/Lincoln is cheating the customers out of service that is not rendered. This will be the third time I brought my car into the shop for the same issue that is not fixed. I paid so much for labor and no service was rendered. I am just tired of dealing with their dishonesty.

Customer 1st visit here was on 01/02/2023 for vehicle will not go into any gear. Tech found shifter bushing missing. Tech also performed preventive maint on vehicle. **** took vehicle and drove 939 miles and then returned with an engine misfire. Dealership replaced his spark plugs at no charge on 01/23/2023 and test drove and no misfire present after repair. Customer took vehicle. I took my 2021 **** expedition on Aug 17 at 8 am because I had the wrench light come on and I also needed to get the air cabin filter changed and tires checked! Took my vehicle in over 2 months ago. My service advisor was Jimmy ********** He advised me it was transmission issues, transmission had a 3yr warranty and was covered. During the past 2 months Jimmy advised parts was on backorder due to Covid. I get a phone call yesterday from Charles there saying Jimmy was terminated and they don't know what was happening with my vehicle...!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Gwinnet Place Ford (Duluth, Ga) - SATURDAY-brought my 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium car in at right under 90K with a check engine light issue. The 2nd check engine light in the 4 yrs since I took ownership (brand new). Considering my mileage, I figured it was something of the nature of a tune up or 90K maintenance. Everything was good until i signed the paperwork for the vehicle. Once that happened they have not done their jobs, jerked me around, and straight up lied to me which i have documented via text message. "LT" was the sales person i dealt with. Terrible experience, I would never give this place my business again, and i would recommend if you want to avoid a headache shop elsewhere.

I purchase a brand new Ford Mustang EcoBoost from here. The sales experience was great but when I tell u ever since I gained ownership this car had been in the shop. I consistently get all maintenance and service at the dealership so that there is no excuse for coverage. It's so bad that the service manager knows me by name smdh.
