Have new false information about a car that had been in an accident. They don't give you Carfax. Instead they give you a cheap knockoff that's missing information

Al's attitude was horrible! Started texting me at midnight about a car then we set a time for me to get to see it at 130, it's gone! And nothing! No apology no nothing. I had a struggle to get there. And his attitude about it was horrible. Not getting my money
