I have been lifting weights for nearly 3 years consistently now, and developed horrible tendinitis in both of my elbows. A lot of people told me it would be about 2 months of rest for it to go away. There was no way I could possibly be out of the gym for 2 whole months. Thankfully, Aaron Ford is very skilled and professional when it comes to "Dry Needling." I was up and going with only 2 visits!
