As of now I’ve had an awful experience with Quick Lane and the Ford Office. Yesterday I called the ford dealership at approx 1400 because I’m due for an oil change. After getting transferred twice, I ended up leaving a voicemail. Never got a call back and might not get one today. Trash. They don’t close at 6, they close at 5:30 because they can’t handle a full work day. Like most of us who work till 6, and have to ask to get off early so we can get there by 6, only to find out they closed a while ago. Like cowards. Go anywhere else. Don’t go here. Whole lot of cuks
