he good: The parts prices were the best I’d found and the gentleman on the phone was courteous. Bad: I was originally sent the wrong part, which had been identified by their websites parts diagram, based on make/model/trim etc. I spoke to someone in the parts department who stated they had made an error and should have verified the part with my VIN, which I had provided with the order. I bought the wrong mirror for my Ford Explorer that was my fault. I got help though them to order the correct part. That was fast and easy. The problem is that I returned the wrong mirror nearly a month ago I have not received my refund and I’ve sent at least 6 emails and numerous calls with no one responding.
Recommendedfast shipping and good price on a part I couldn't find locally.
So bad expirience with this company stuff. Price is good, customer service is very very bad(
Today I came in to have my oil changed, and the service team were fantastic! They were accommodating, and kind. Our original salesman Taylor, even came to see us and see how things were going. Image online for 2004 Focus ZX5 2.3, part number 1S7Z9439AA, clearly shows a box around a set of 4 intake manifold gaskets. Given that the price is still higher than aftermarket sets, I naturally assumed I was ordering a full set of gaskets, at the higher price you usually pay for OEM.
