My husband’s truck has been at the service department since December 31, 2025 awaiting a diagnostic test. I have called multiple times over the last 3 weeks and have been told that the truck is still awaiting diagnostic tests. Really 5 stars, zero Oil change and three filters cost 370 dollars, and I was quoted 240. Witch was high at that. Save yourself some aggravation and go to Landers Ford. If you do choose to have service check everything. Can I ask what a engine assurance plan charge is for??? Just another way to up charge customers.
