Visits for service work have been very good. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality The body shop was completely unresponsive and had the car for over a month. 1 Star : Customer Service Again, Darrell was unresponsive and did not return calls. I gave this a 2 because the service manager helped me out with a loaner. Otherwise it would have been a 1 5 Star : Returned Clean
