I went to Shields in Rantoul looking for a Ford Edge, as soon as l pulled onto the lot Dave Cassout came out and ask if he could help, we went for a test drive, l brought the car, got what l wanted for my trade in, no hassle, very friendly, they were great. From michigan, stopped at service desk to inquire about issues with 2017 Dodge ram 3500 diesel, talked to William, told him I had a whining sound from engine compartment, he wouldn't give me the time of day, said it would be three weeks before they could look at it, I gave them one star because that was as low as you can go, wish they had a minus star available, don't want anything bad to happen to anyone but hopefully some day he will be a ways from home and seriously breaks down and can reflect on this, sincerely David Mur... read more

So I scheduled with Shields and for a fair price and Very quick timing it was done Correctly this time.
