This was my best car buying experience ever. John Kowak was our salesman; and he treated me and my wife and son very professionally and made us feel right at home. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and this was the first time buying a car where I felt I was treated fairly. My wife and I bought a new Ford Fusion and we love it. We will definitely recommend John and the rest of the crew at Ford of Londonderry to our friends. We are very happy customers.

In a recent visit to the service department they told me I needed a thermostat, housing and water pump for $1065.. Since they had replaced water pump 2 years ago I ask what they would do for me and they said that warranty was 12 months or 12K so nothing. I declined service and brought it somewhere else. Got it fixed for $275 since water pump was still good.. Thermostat was dripping on water pump the pump wasn't linking. I saved $750 by going somewhere else..
