Four phone calls to get an oil change. Finally gave up and scheduled with another dealer. Bought my car in Kirkland but won't be going back.
Very comfortable, no pressure environment. Todd Ireland and the rest of the people at Ford of Kirkland made the buying process very easy. We are very happy with the service that we received, and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Although I ended up being there longer than expected, I am very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was awesome and I love my "new to me" Hyundai Tucson. During football season, its a Seahawks car. The rest of the year its a smurf. Thanks Greg!

Had a great morning at Ford of Kirkland. Sam and John got me through the process with no hassles and no pressure. Excellent service and experience.
Got me a car from there and they said 45 days til the 1st payment, but come to find out they set the contract up so that the 1st payment was due in 30 days. After calling they called my wife and myself liars. Servous was great til then. I would not suggest anyone purchase a vehicle from there.
