Absolutely horrible! WOMEN beware...this is my warning. They offer next to nothing for your trade in...don't accept their offer. They are a hard sell on the extended warranty. No matter how many times you say no, they crunch phony numbers to make you think its a great deal and when you call them on it they can instantly press one button on the computer and your price goes down $2,000....AMAZING!. Deplorable service. On the surface all seems good and well. The advertised ethics of sell a lot for a little are a scam. The sales man quoted me an OTD price and my failure of follow through resulted in an additional $400+ added to the sale. The my title transfer was botch and ended up costing me $40 to get a new sticker. When I went to the dealer to talk about some form of reasonable compensation. He offered up a car wash. Great! Beyond and above: Walnut Creek Ford New and Used Car dealership is associated with Jeep and Chrysler which gives great selection. They also have Satff realy cares: I got a car I dreamt about and they worked hard to make it happened: Paul Herguth went out his way to get me THE car, I know for sure it was not on their lot when I first showed up there. Best dealership ever! I've shopped a few other dealerships and bought from one other one because of the "deal" they had on the vehicle. It turned out to be a total junker. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Robert Kinney The Redneck Guy (316-518-6863) over that past 10 years. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want and need. He always treats you like family.
