The car is great. Just drove it to Michigan and back and it’s a performer. Everything at the dealership was easy. My only complaint is that we bought it with a battery that was on its last legs. This was known to the dealership. So buying a new batter the day after bringing it home is the only part of the process I’d love a do-over on.
The service department took great care of me and my care. I'm 71 yrs old and female and I received a coupon from the Ford dealership for a discount on oil change. Even though I've a Nissan Murano, I thought because I purchased my Murano I might be able to use the coupon so I called the dealer. The lady at the dealership said since I purchased my Murano at Columbus Nissan I should be able to use the coupon. Jameson helped us purchase a truck and went above and beyond to do all he could to get us in the truck we needed!!
I asked for a detailed parts and service labor estimate for a replacement torque converter that was the indicated repair and only received a total amount for each portion of the repair, one for labor and one for parts...the service rep also ignored my request as well as my asking her to discuss with the dealer Service Manager the possibility of "after warranty support" from Ford Motor Co's. regional manager for a portion of this repair as the car just turned 50,000 miles, is in excellent condition and the "uncommanded slip" ... read more
