I had resigned myself to never purchasing Ford again after purchasing through HB Ford about a decade ago, who managed to make the experience greasy. But the Lightning made me interested enough to give the other nearby dealership, Theodore Robins, a chance. The experience was night and day. They restored my faith in Ford dealerships. If you're in the area, go with Theodore Robins.

My experiences at Theodore Robbins have excellent. My 2014 Escape has 120,000+ miles and has only been services at this dealership. I have dealt with several service advisors and all have been efficient, informative and friendly. They keep excellent records on my car and I feel their assessments of my needles are honest and reliable.
