My experiences at Theodore Robbins have excellent. My 2014 Escape has 120,000+ miles and has only been services at this dealership. I have dealt with several service advisors and all have been efficient, informative and friendly. They keep excellent records on my car and I feel their assessments of my needles are honest and reliable.
Excellent Service!
I am a contractor and I have a fleet of trucks. I have been to a few different Ford dealerships for servicing and such. Recently, we decided to use Theodore Robins Ford. We are so glad we did. Steve at the service counter took such great care of us and we will be sticking with them from here on out.
this is probably the most horrible experience i have ever had at a ford dealership. after my car was taken in for routine maintenance (10,000 miles) when i took it out of the dealership it had an air conditioning problem. i am afraid their people accidentally damaged my car's air conditioning system (this was a new car purchased in 11/2024, not even a year old yet). when i returned they didn't look at it until 48 hours later they told me they were working with the dealership again, and my car would need 13 days to wait and g... read more
