When to get a tire replaced around 11:15 am send the what if people called off today very shorthanded. Nothing could have happened after lunch 1 pm. There's no assistance into the business my workers were outside with sales sunbathing themselves had no help when you get out how to tell you where to go.

Parts underneath my truck were damaged from poor road conditions and leaking coolant, and they were able to take a look at it and show me the damage without an appointment. After they repaired the damage, I brought my truck back to the service center when I saw fluid dripping in the same general area again, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule the next day and determined that the fluid was just from the AC this time. Had an appointment In march for a leaky ptu took it in because it’s under warranty they told me it wasn’t leaking charged me 189$ diagnostics fee I told them I knew it was leaking then in September my ptu finally failed took it back to them the didn’t start on my car until 5 days after my appointment no contact at all and every time I’d call for an update I was told they would have to call me back and they never did Cody is not a good service advisor however I talked to wade the service manager he was kind and hopefully they... read more
