I've been going to Dr. Ford for several years now and have nothing but highest praise for him and his staff. Appointments were scheduled at my convenience, I received regular follow up calls and waiting was at a minimum. Additionally, he and his office work extensively with VA and go out of their way to handle all the red tape the VA can place in their way. 5 Stars from this satisfied patient. (And no, I was NEVER coached by anyone to make this recommendation!)

Dr. Ford needs to fire his office staff and the red headed woman that does the visual acuity and visual fields test. The staff is inept, uncaring, and have no regard for your time. The red head is incompetent in her job and I don’t trust the eye glass prescription given from her. She doesn’t seem to want to be there and she couldnt wait to shut down the visual field machine to go home early instead of helping a scheduled patient get their test. Worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office.

I had three appointments over 3 years. I brought it every apt. (Usually wear contacts). The girl tested (AWESOME) Said your right eye, is thats giving you prob I bet. YES, I said since i got them. She 100th off. Is like a car vs a plane. Dr. Ford signed off. so the 1st-4th He tried t say I never mentioned but in file. I said I get headaches. He said OH. Since so far off and so many people missed, I asked Ford to pay for my new glasses (was keeping lenses). He said no. OVER $70! he lost 6 patient
