Just had my truck serviced. Absolutely great customer service. Traci was just a pleasure to work with and on top of that they do an awesome video of the inspection they do on my truck. Loved it. Great job guys. Recommend 100%.
Won't answer my calls to fulfill warranty. Called numerous times over 2 months. The part was supposed to come in feb/March... I pretty much just gave up which i guess helps them out
Ford tells their costumers that order Lyft and uber that they leave tips. I pick up at ford all the time. Never got a tip. It’s fine not to tip. But lying to costumers is just weak and they should be ashamed

Unsure of what happened here. Service was previously top notch. Now, there are some significant communication and pricing integrity issues. Currently awaiting outcome of a service appointment that was scheduled weeks and advance and resulted in my vehicle sitting the entire day at the dealer untouched while they're charging me $50/day for a loaner. This coming after their communication issue resulted in a failed service appointment for the same issue. Hopefully some layer of leadership at Ford Fairfield (or above) can make t... read more
