I am an actual consumer who has dealt with Chapman's a few times. Their prices were more than TRIPLE what private sellers were offering lower-mileage versions of the IDENTICAL used models! Chapman's salesmen became nasty when they realized that I was not going to fall for their bogus sales pitch. Obviously, they work on commission. Also, I have been to Chapman's service facility.
