If I could give 0/5 would do it with a smile. Place is all about you to get a purchase..will drain your phone battery trying to contact you. Good luck trying to get a hold of them or anything done after you buy sorry to say. Only phones that work in this place are the sales department. Will be reporting to BBB (extended warranty and zero communication).
service had always been good. I always get a detailed explanation before , during and after the service complete with pictures and answers to my inquiries. i have no complaints
All the staff at Autonation Ford with whom I have interacted have been great...from purchase to maintenance. Adam in service is very knowledgeable and friendly. Well trained technicians. I recommend Autonation Ford for purchase and maintenance of your vehicle.
Agreed upon services - Good. Call after I left recommending another $900 in service- unnecessary and somewhat annoying. Jessica and Madi were both very good and a pleasure to work with.
