If I could give 0/5 would do it with a smile. Place is all about you to get a purchase..will drain your phone battery trying to contact you. Good luck trying to get a hold of them or anything done after you buy sorry to say. Only phones that work in this place are the sales department. This includes the General Manager promising to.call.you back and handle it themselves. Don't waste your time on this place. Reporting to BBB (extended warranty cancellation delay, temp plates and zero communication).

Excellent service and great communication. Andrew in the service dept was great to work with for my F-150 oil change and software updates.
I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from this dealer. The sales people were great and helped me with a quick transaction. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle and came with a 90day warranty. 2 weeks/700miles into ownership problems started creeping up. TPMS went out and a rough shifting transmission. While in for service they did their multipoint inspection. The rear brakes needed to also be replaced!
