I bought brand new Forceum tires for my camper. Mounted them and soon as they were fully inflated it was obvious that there were cracks in the sidewalks. I have emailed, called (no answer and mailbox full) and IG direct messaged the company. I sent photos of DOT code and sidewall damage. No response, no reply, no details on their "warranty". Hoping someone will reach out to at least issue a refund as they are not safe to use.
