My dentist, Dr. Michael Andreski, recommended Dr. Forbes at bi-annual cleaning appointment. My gum below the bridge had become swollen and irritated. My first visit with Dr. Forbes he spent time examining, discussing and scheduling the necessary procedure. Needed graft surgery and Dr. Forbes was very concerned about my comfort during the entire procedure.
Dr Forbes is totally trustworthy. At a recent regular check up/cleaning at my dentist in Florida, I was surprised to hear that I had developed serious gum disease and was asked to sign a plan of treatment costing in excess of $900! I went to Dr Fobes for a second opinion and - you guessed it - no serious gum disease. Problem solved with a rubber tipped gum tool and small brush for the backs of my teeth. If Dr Forbes recommends a treatment you can be sure that you actually need it.
Always friendly makes you feel comfortable and that you are his most important patient He seems to really know what he is doing.. Great dentist.
Dr Forbes is an excellent periodontist! Very gentle! I recommend him 100%. Saved my tooth. The office staff is also awesome!
I would recommend Dr Forbes and his staff to anyone in need of a periodontist. Not only is he good at what he does, but I have never met a more kind, patient and gentle doctor. As if that wasn’t enough, he only charged 1/3 of what a periodontist in Winston Salem was going to charge me. I thank the Lord for Dr Forbes! He’s amazing!
Dr. Forbes literally saved my mouth. My first dentist was going to do two implants, with extractions, in one afternoon for $5,000.00 Instead Dr. Forbes did one extraction, a bone implant and I will see him in 4 months for the titanium implant. My mouth heals and my insurance pays because it is spread from one year to another. He did a wonderful extraction. I've had no trouble and he explains everything.
Dr. Forbes is extremely professional, caring, and goes to great lengths to be gentle. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the needed procedure. His staff is equally professional, caring, and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Forbes.
Dr. Forbes is a very gentle dentist. I had to have deep cleaning on my teeth, which took two separate visits. He did a great job, was very patient, waiting till I was numb. I still go there in Boone from Lenoir to get my teeth cleaned. I was just there today, the hygienist Ann was super sweet and that means a lot. It's worth the drive!
