Extremely unethical, predatory, and incompetent company. Our insurance company was billed in the neighborhood of $12,000 for what we discovered is a standard, older-generation Apple iPad wrapped in an off-the-shelf, $35 SUPCASE that you can buy on Amazon. To make matters worse, it took them over 6 months (half a school year) to deliver this readily available retail hardware, leaving our child entirely without his voice during that time.
