I always do my homework prior to engaging in any type of business with anyone, it has served me well in the past but this time, it served up a full buffet...One look at this "persons" Facebook profile says it all, I've included just a small indication of why this is someone to avoid...beyond her profile, search for the vitriol that has been posted in comments on other profiles and pages, it's truly troubling...
Spam texts me out of the blue (we've never had business dealings before) on my cell phone about buying my house at "above market value" (yeah, right). Sorry, not going to do business with companies that ignore spam laws. Make you wonder what other laws they ignore...
I have dealt with Lynaae at Forbes Realty Group for six years, during which time I've done 9 property transactions, buying and selling in Las Vegas. I've dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years (I'm not easy marker) but Lynaae stands out among this group. I don't recall anyone who has worked has hard for me to get a mutually beneficial outcome.
