Good people
I hit an irrigation line while putting in an in ground basketball hoop. Forbes came out and quoted $750 to repair a 2 inch pvc pipe after they came out and looked at it. The hole was completely dug out, so they just had to repair the pipe. Blamed the price on flat rate. Definitely not the same company since the Dickeys sold the company. Will not call again.
We had an appointment for service and plumber never showed up. Then they charged us $71 for service never performed.

I set up an appointment with Forbes at my vacant Wilsonville house and drove down from Portland specifically to meet them. When they didn't show up on time, I called and was told they had moved the appointment to the end of the day without notifying me. So I left. Later I got a call from one of their plumbers saying he was on the way over. I tried to explain why I wasn't there but he was very rude, saying he wasn't responsible for scheduling.
